We started every day of our Vegas trip with coffee, pastries and a crepe madame at Payard.
Most mornings my husband would go downstairs and get it. Then he’d bring it back to the room for me. Such a sweetie!
The pastries were yummy, just like most pastries! We had chocolate croissants most days. Then we also had the crepe madam, which was a buckwheat crepe with cheese, ham and egg. It was delicious!
Not only did we start each day with Payard, we also ended each day there. They had a great selection of chocolates and truffles. I LOVE truffles! They had dark chocolate with Earl Grey Tea, Passion Fruit, Cinnamon and so many more! We would each pick out several and also get some decaf coffee.
While we sat at the little cafe tables and enjoyed our chocolate and coffee, we watched all the very entertaining people go by. We saw people dressed as the mob, one guy that fell over four times as he passed us, several people singing loudly (some were all alone), and many more. It was a great way to end the evening before heading back to the room. How do you like to wind down at the end of the day? Do you keep up the tradition on vacations?

As always, you make me hungry with your food posts 🙂 I'll be in Vegas next month again and will need to make a stop here. I'm a truffles fan and crepe madam sounds so delicious.
